In addition to my 15 years of training and experience as a therapist, I am also a seasoned athlete and a non-profit corporate executive where my passion for performance enhancement developed. I was a All-American distance runner in college and competed at the national and international levels as a member of the Santa Monica and San Diego Track Clubs. I also spent 10 years in executive management and understand the pressures of performing at a top corporate level. Overall, I have found that a large component of athletic and professional success is the belief in one’s ability to succeed.
