Early Trauma and negative childhood experiences can lead to Chronic Fatigue and other Chronic Health Issues

The Kaiser Aces Study of 17,000 people in San Diego has demonstrated that when Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACES) happen to people, the more categories of ACES a person has experienced, the more chronic health problems they have.For more info about this study, please link to our introductory article about the ACES Study.

Katie O’Shea and Dr. Sandra Paulsen have created an EMDR Early Trauma Protocol that helps when the trauma happens before the ages of 3-5. It helped Katie to recover completely from her chronic fatigue. She is now receiving Medicare, and feels she is one of the healthiest people she knows. She has no plans for retirement and expects to live to be 120.
