Helping Your Friends Learn about EMDR — through Facebook

I just posted this to Facebook, and want to share it with you!  Feel free to friend me on FB.

Hello to new and old Facebook Friends (just discovered a long list of requests — sorry about my inattention): I’d love to invite you to Like our FB Page for helping to spread the word about an amazing therapy that is both comprehensive and efficient, and produces positive side effects such as increased self esteem, more positive sense of meaning to life, and improved relationships. It is EMDR or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. Our page is EMDR Comprehensive Therapy Approach.

I post there articles about EMDR research and new developments. Also, people are welcome to post how EMDR helped them. Thanks for your support! This has become my humanitarian project. It is very sad when people suffer unnecessarily, stuck in the fall-out from bad experiences, for months, years or even decades.

Though EMDR is well-supported by research and recommended by the prestigious Cochran Review that evaluates research and makes recommendations based on quality research, it is still very little known to the general public.  EMDR is one of two treatments Cochran Review recommends for PTSD. It also works for “garden-variety” bad experiences such as divorce or any other bad breakup, “minor” car accidents, and working with a raging boss.

Please “Like” our EMDR ComprehensiveTherapyApproach and help your friends learn a bit about EMDR. Thank you from my heart.
